Louie Vitale is an internationally recognized voice for
peace
and nonviolence and co-founder of Pace e Bene, an organization which
“fosters a more peaceful and just world through nonviolence education,
community building and action.” He is also co-founder of Nevada Desert
Experience—a movement to stop US nuclear weapons testing.

Father Louie
will
explore the importance of dialoguing with our enemies instead of
warring with them. Just back from Iran, he told Muslim leaders there
that to be in
solidarity with them, he has kept the Ramadan fast
every year since 2001. This moved them deeply. Louie will speak of the
desire for peace that he found expressed so clearly by the Iranian
people.
FREE WILL OFFERING WILL BE ACCEPTED.
